Omega 9000 Centrifugal Juicer Review

Omega-9000The Omega 9000 Juicer is your choice, if your looking for an efficient machine which will last you a lifetime. Compared to pulp ejection juicers, the Omega 9000 gets out 20-30{9a380f4e84d98486cb4e3fb0b774145dd920d53eef77a0fda2ce39067aee7610} more juice on average. Which means you save money on produce, and get more from what you buy. The Omega 9000 is also UL approved for both Household and Commercial uses, with a 15 year warranty. Which is at least 5 years longer then the average for juicers from any company.

The Omega Model 9000 uses a brushless 1/3rd horsepower motor. For unprecedented quiet, as well as reduced wear and tear thanks to the lack of moving parts. And all metal parts are forged from heavy gauge surgical stainless steel which gives it years of longevity over plastic juicers.

Customer Reviews

The Omega 9000 Juicer does not do favorably in the reviews, with an average rating of 2.6 out of a possible 5. Making it one of the lowest rated Juicer we have reviewed here to date. Low ratings are more common with juicers in the lower end price bracket, but with this one pushing $200 a lot of customers probably expected more.

That said. Its not without its virtues, most reviewers agreed that the Omega 9000 has one of the most powerful motors of the centrifugal type machines currently on the market. Which can be a blessing and a curse, since that power for some made for problems with the machine ‘dancing’ while juicing some things. Some found ways around this, though they never specified how. Others just muddle through using the myriad of possible fixes offered on the internet. Like using low then high moisture produce and etc.

The other problem with it seems to be the mesh basket design, which makes removing the pulp after juicing more difficult then it really needs to be. However, this problem can probably be avoided by use of a brush or another tool to aid in moving the pulp out.

Overall, the Omega 9000 isn’t a bad juicer. It has some strengths, but it also has shortcomings which for some will be a deal breaker. Overall, for the money you are better off looking elsewhere.
